Go Blue - Beat Penn State

It's only Wednesday, but Helena is already excited and dressed for the Michigan-Penn State game this weekend (actually, she had sports-outfit day at daycare on Wednesday, and she wanted to show her support for the Wolverines. Her mommy also took these pictures of her at 6:30 am!). Go Blue!

Be-lated L'Shana Tova (Happy New Year)

Helena celebrated her first Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur. That allowed her to show off her couture in both Boston and East Brunswick.

Aunt Judy's Visit from Israel - September, 2006

A little belated posting, but Helena was fortunate to have her Great-Aunt Judy come visit from Israel.

Michigan-Notre Dame Football Game - September, 2006

Helena may have been born on October 15, 2005, but her father refused to take Sara to the hospital until the Michigan-Penn State game finished (Michigan won on a last second play...and, as we all know, Helena was born the next day on October 16th).

This season, Michigan had two easy games to open up the season, but week three brought a game at Notre Dame. Helena was proud to celebrate with her parents and their friends as the Wolverines triumphed over the Fighting Irish. For better or for worse, Helena's first phrase might be Go Blue (she has already got the "Go" down pat)!!

Great-Grandma Shirley's Visit - September, 2006

Great-Grandma Shirley came to East Brunswick for a weekend to visit Helena and family.

Labor Day Weekend 2006 in Boston

The family ventured up to Boston for the long weekend to visit with family and friends.

Anniversaries - August, 2006

Helena got all dressed up to go out to dinner to celebrate her parent's second anniversary (August 15th) and her grandparent's annivesary (August 20th).
